Whitney Tobar
Whitney earned her Artist title by dedicating herself to her apprenticeship with Hoshi. She has rapidly grown into an advanced and skilled artist, and has been a part of the team for 7 years.
Whitney spent 7 years in the beauty industry before making the decision to pursue a career in Permanent Makeup. After discovering Hoshi in 2019, she dedicated herself to her apprenticeship and completed the program with flying colors. Her commitment and love of learning allowed her to rapidly advance her skills and attain her Hoshi Artist title in less than 6 months. Her goal is to one day present a signature technique of her own on stage at an esteemed Permanent Makeup conference.
Whitney is a proud dog mom to a sweet 5-year-old Doberman named Lucy and a 4-year-old Great Pyrenees mix named Buddy. Among her many talents, she is also bilingual, a beautiful singer and can play the guitar.
