Instead of a one-size-fits-all course, private training allows for individualized attention and guidance to improve on natural talents and strengthen weaknesses.

Not your average 1–2 day class, Hoshi Studio’s custom, longer format private training was created for artists who want to start off with an edge in the industry. This training will personally guide you through every aspect of knowledge and technique. By combining hands-on experience in an operating studio, 3 months of guided personal practice, and finally live models, this program surpasses others in quality, time, and attention. It covers a functional working knowledge of the craft and the business, from artistry to practice management. You leave your private training confident in your abilities and ready to put your new knowledge into practice.

Get Certified

All beginner trainees will qualify as legal Permanent Makeup Artists by completing in-studio assessments, completing their Blood Borne Pathogen Certification, completing their final and working on a live model.

Volume VI

All private training is followed by a 3-month in-studio shadowing opportunity. The in-studio shadow sessions allow you to watch and learn how to work through a variety of client cases in an operating studio.

At-home coaching: Your private training includes at-home coaching and practice for the 3 months after training. The structure and technique drills will perfect each individual application of the permanent makeup process. The guided practice is self-paced with weekly completion checkpoints with the instructor.

Private, One-on-One Training

Private, one-on-one training allows for a comfortable and nurturing environment, boosting confidence and developing not only your technical skill and knowledge, but your artistry.

Shadow Instructors

After receiving a certification, every trainee is welcome to shadow appointments with the master artists within 3 months of completing their course.

Post-Certification Mentoring

Even after graduation, our doors are always open. Every graduate is welcome to reach out for guidance after training. Continued support is also offered via Facebook group and Instagram where all graduates collaborate and support one another.

Training is offered by inquiry only, with limited availability. Every moment is spent one-on-one with Holly, an internationally recognized artist and educator, receiving expert guidance, honest feedback, and the best tools, with a curriculum shaped entirely around you and your goals.

We have all the time in the world to make sure you get everything you wanted out of your training. We stay late, we come in early, we bring you food, and you better believe that tears (and blood) are shed by the end of the training. We want to build a relationship with you and help you start your journey into permanent makeup, but also support you as you flourish. We can’t wait to see how far you can go.

Private trainings are $2K/day in studio

Beginner recommended days – 3 days minimum

Experienced Artist recommended days – 2 days minimum

Apprenticeship – $10K

Begin with 3 days in studio, one-on-one with Holly, followed by a full year of in-studio mentorship.

Includes unlimited models, ongoing guidance, and more. Apprenticeships are limited and offered by application, so each apprentice receives Holly’s full attention.
